SHIPPING RETURNS

You must be of legal age to use PayPal payment services.

A request to return merchandise must be emailed to and acknowledged by TheBoss@YourSoothsayer.com within 30 days of purchase. Returned merchandise will be exchanged for store credit only. The returned product must be in good, unused condition and able to be resold. Return shipping costs must be paid by the Buyer. Store credit will be rendered in a timely fashion after the receipt of the returned merchandise.

Your Soothsayer only ships to the Continental United States, Alaska and Hawaii.

For orders up to $40.00, shipping and handling is $5.95, or $7.95 to Alaska and Hawaii. For orders of $40.01 or more, shipping and handling is $5.95 plus 50 cents per item, or $7.95 plus 50 cents per item to Hawaii and Alaska.
